Association Day

For seven years, the Bedouk Exhibition has been gathering the major players from the associations sector in partnership with MCI. The Exhibition is offering a full programme of events to learn all about the exhibitions on display in order to develop solutions and ideas for their future conferences or meetings.

Hosted by experts from the sector, this day will allow participants to learn about and exchange ideas on the trends, challenges and opportunities that associations are faced with today.

We are expecting at least a hundred representatives from the associations !

This session will allow you to understand what an opportunity it is for an association to be innovative regarding sustainable development, economy, value brought to members or any other means (based on a white book and study)

12pm – 12.30pm New technologies and modernity: hybrid meetings
The past 10 years have proven that crises have an increasing impact on an association’s day-to-day life. Meanwhile new technologies have brought modernity either regarding the association’s management or the way it schedules its meetings: new meeting formats are born.

12.30pm – 1pm How to attract your community’s international conferences
This is a “tips and tricks” session on how to attract and host Europeans or international conferences that will help enlighten your community.

1pm – 2pm Cocktail
