The Caterers Showroom is a gourmet cuisine workshop for VIP visitors and it took place for the first time in 2008 !

Last year, this special event allowed some twenty guests per workshop to learn the secrets of two big names in French gastronomy: Potel & Chabot and Lenôtre.

   
In 2009, the Caterers Showroom will once again gather a few privileged visitors for an exceptional participative workshop.
