What do I need to be able to visit the fair? You need to be a professional to enter the fair. You can order your electronic badge online at www.salon.bedouk.com in the section “Request a visitor badge”.

From when, and until when is it possible to register in advance online? Advance registering starts on the internet from November 2011 and finishes at the end of January 2012.

What is the electronic badge? You will receive your badge by email in the form of a number and bar code. Print out this email and bring it with you so that the bar code and number can be scanned when you arrive. Upon arrival, you will then be given a two day badge that can be used to enter and exit the fair.

Does receiving an invitation mean I can enter the fair? Yes and no. On receiving an invite, you are then permitted to register for your e-badge online at www.salon.bedouk.fr in order to be able to enter the fair. If you do not register online before hand, you will have to register all your information at the entrance to the fair before being given a badge.

How to access the seminars and lectures ? To get in free to the seminars and lectures, all you have to do is register for your e-badge, then present your badge outside the seminar or lecture you wish to attend 5 minutes before it starts. However, some conferences are accessible by registration only, the links for these will be on the website in the section “the meeting lab” in January.

Who will be exhibiting at the fair? To view the list of last years exhibitors, simply look on the site www.salon.bedouk.com in the “list of exhibitors” section. The new list for 2012 will be online in December.

How can one get hold of the official catalogue for the fair? The catalogue for the Bedouk Exhibition 2012 will be available at the entrance to the fair on the 8 and 9 of February 2012.

Can I come to the fair if I am a student? The salon is only open to students on Thursday 9th February between 3pm and 6pm.
